Cancellation & Refund Policy

At AdxLogic, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing services and ensuring complete client satisfaction. We understand that plans can change, so we maintain a clear Cancellation & Refund Policy to protect both our clients and our agency.

Cancellation Policy

Service Cancellation by Client:
- Clients may request cancellation of any service before work has commenced.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email at Support@adexlogic.com or by calling +91 9990907449.
- Any advance payments made for services not yet started will be eligible for a full refund, except for applicable administrative fees.
Service Cancellation by AdxLogic:
- AdxLogic reserves the right to cancel a service in exceptional cases such as operational issues or violations of our terms.
- In such cases, clients will receive a full refund of any amount paid for the canceled service.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refund:
- Refunds are applicable only for services that have not been delivered or started.
- Once a service has commenced (e.g., SEO campaigns, ad campaigns, content creation), refunds will not be issued.
Refund Process:
- Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days of receipt.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 14 business days.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Third-party service charges (e.g., ad spend on Google or social media platforms) are non-refundable.
- Work already delivered, including reports, designs, or content, is non-refundable.
